Daily Dental Data Backup -- Monthly Test Restore

The Digital Shelter dental data backup and testingservice is available for a small monthly investment of only $89.

The only restriction on the backup is that we do not include image storage in your backup data as this would add a prohibitively high cost to our data storage requirements.  We recommend a portable hard disk solution for your image data backup needs and can provide you with these solutions upon request.

Any other practice management or charting data that is part of your normal practice management or word processing data set is fine and there are no additional charges as your data set increases in size.

You can try out the Digital Shelter service with no payment due for 60 days.  You simply contact our office and we will guide you through the process of installing and configuring the software to backup the proper files for your practice management system. 

The backup process occurs immediately that evening and we will begin the service of monitoring your daily backup process.  As soon as we receive a complete data set from your office we will do our first test restore of your data. 

You can use the service for 60 days before your first payment is due.  We simply notify you prior to the end of the trial period and request your authorization to charge the monthly fee to your credit card. 

If you decide to discontinue the service at any time, you just need to notify us in writing and we will delete your backup files and discontinue the service with no further obligation from you.  There is no long term obligation whatsoever.
